MONTHLY PREPAID

This is a membership for a fixed period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year depending on the option chosen. Payment is made once, upon purchase. At the end of this period, the membership expires and the customer can choose to renew their subscription or change their plan according to their needs.


MONTHLY AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL

This is an ongoing subscription. Much like a Netflix subscription, payment is made by pre-authorized direct debit and the subscription renews automatically each month.

This is the easiest option!

You subscribe once, then you can come and train at will with peace of mind.

Packages for several sections

These plans are only available as a Monthly membership by direct debit and annual prepaid membership.

This is really the option of choice for fitness and wellness freaks.

Subscription freeze

It is possible to suspend a subscription by monthly debit for a fee per month, for a maximum suspension of 6 months per year of subscription. Members who wish to suspend their subscription must make a request by phone by contacting D-VERT or by presenting themselves in person at the centre’s reception desk before the 1st day of the following month. A late fee will be charged for any request received on or after the 10th day of the month. The subscription freeze is effective from the date of the next monthly debit.
To reactivate their subscription, the member must make a request by phone by contacting D-VERT or by presenting themselves in person at the centre’s reception desk. When reactivating for a subscription by monthly debit, the balance for the current month will be charged in proportion to the member’s subscription price. The freeze period is a minimum of one (1) month and the subscription cannot be frozen more than twice a year (12 months from the date of the first payment).


Termination of a subscription by monthly debit

The member who wishes to end a subscription by monthly debit must make a request by phone or at the D-VERT reception desk. To be effective before the next direct debit, the request must be sent to D-VERT before the 1st day of the month. Late fees may be charged for any request received on or after the 10th day of the month. To subscribe to a new subscription, the member will have to pay the subscription fee for the direct debit service again.
Any delay in payments will result in a monthly fee (please call us to know the fee number). Any subscription by monthly debit presenting a delay of more than two (2) months in its payments will be automatically terminated without notice or compensation. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their payment information up to date to avoid any penalties. It is the member’s responsibility to terminate their subscription when they no longer use it. No refunds or credits will be issued for months billed and unused.


Modification of a subscription by automatic debit

Note that it is possible to modify or improve your subscription, ex: a member of the CLIMBING section can upgrade their subscription to also have access to the GYM.

Members who wish to modify or improve their subscription must contact D-VERT by phone or in person at the desk, before the 1st day of the following month. The changes will be effective from the date of the next monthly debit.

You have your whole life to use your 10 passes.

There is no expiration date for this plan.
