Our Yin/Yang course is a practice that perfectly combines movement and gentleness. Beginning with a series of more fluid postures, the yang part allows us to anchor ourselves and let go of what serves us most. The session continues with a yin part where we will relax the body for maintained stretching postures. Conscious breathing, gentleness and benevolence, the Yin/Yang course is accessible to everyone, from beginners to more experienced practionners.
This session promotes relaxation and the release of deep tensions. Let yourself be guided in sequences of fluid and gentle movements and then land for a few minutes in postures on the ground. Various props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, etc.) will be used for greater support so that you can let go both physically and mentally. Breath awareness is the real mainstay of this style of yoga, which makes this practice naturally meditative and restorative.
